I bought my son a PC for just under 3,000 euros. It’s already been sent in for repairs twice. They swapped out the GPU once and the motherboard once. After the first return, one of the fans was loud, so I wrote to them that they should send me a fan—I’d install it myself. They did. But just two days later, the PC still wouldn’t work, so I sent it back again, with the fan this time, and I wrote a big note asking them to replace the defective fan right away as well. The PC came back again. The fan was still loud.
Then I got an error message saying the hardware configuration had changed and that I needed a new Windows key. You have to wonder why they don’t check that.
Honestly, this place is unbelievable. The only positive thing is that they seem to repair it relatively quickly, but apparently not properly.
So from me, unfortunately, there’s no star. But you have to leave one. Either I just got a Monday PC—but the sloppy service isn’t really something Mondays are to blame for.
